A félméteres hó egyik előnye, hogy megkönnyíti a teleknézést. Pontosabban a választást. Mi múlt héten ötből négyet eleve kizártunk tekintettel arra, hogy a terepviszonyok miatt meg sem lehetett őket közelíteni. Volt olyan, ahol ötszáz métert kellett tolatni, mivel a mély nyomvájúban megfordulni nem volt esély. Az őrségi utak nem a legjobbak, de mi nem szeretnénk olyan helyen élni, amit télen elzár a hó a külvilágtól.
One of the advantages of the current half-a-meter-deep snow is that it makes easier to choose building plots (we are doing this at the moment). Last week we could instantly remove four out of five from our list because we couldn't even approach them due to the weather and field circumstances. Once I had to reverse five hundred meters as there was no chance of turning around on the narrow road and deep snow. Roads here aren't the best, however we don't really want to live in a place that is completely isolated by the snow during the winter months.
